1.1 The Snorple.cyou platform, including its subdomains and mobile applications (collectively referred
to as "Snorple Services"), is operated by Snorple Australia Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
1.2 Our company facilitates access to lottery entries via approved agreements with The Lottery
Corporation Ltd (TLC) and multiple not-for-profit partners (“Participating Charities”), in full
compliance with Australian law.
1.3 These Terms apply to all individuals who access or register on Snorple Services, hereafter referred
to as “Members” or prospective members.
2.1 By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following:
(a) Your registration process and the creation of a Snorple Account;
(b) All transactions conducted through your account including ticket purchases and fund management;
(c) Your participation in any lotteries facilitated through Snorple Services;
(d) Your interactions, communications, and conduct while using our platform.
3.1 The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
(a) Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;
(b) “You” refers to the end user (whether registered or not) and includes your legal representatives;
(c) Words in the singular also include the plural and vice versa;
(d) References to legislation include all updates and applicable amendments;
(e) “Includes” or similar terms are not to be interpreted as limiting;
(f) “$” refers to Australian Dollars.
Account: Your registered user account on Snorple Services.
ACNC: The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
AUSTRAC: Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre.
Authorised Person: Anyone legally empowered to act on your behalf (e.g., via Power of
Attorney).
AutoPlay: An automated feature that submits entries for specified lotteries until
cancelled.
Charity Lottery: A lottery facilitated on behalf of a charity registered in
Australia.
Customer Support: Snorple’s help desk, available at [email protected] or on 1300 188 911.
Member: A user who has completed registration and been approved to participate in
lotteries.
Membership: The rights and responsibilities associated with being a registered Snorple
user.
PEP: Politically Exposed Person, as defined by AUSTRAC.
Purchase: Any paid entry into a lottery draw or subscription offering.
Restricted Regions: Countries or territories where Snorple’s lottery services are not
available (refer to our official list).
Snorple Services: The full digital ecosystem offered at https://snorple.cyou and our official apps.
Subscription: A recurring billing plan for ongoing entries or services.
Ticket: A valid entry into a promoted lottery draw.
TLC Product: Any lottery product offered under license from The Lottery Corporation
Ltd.
Verification Procedures: Required processes to confirm identity, age, and eligibility
of Members.
Major Prize Protocol: Additional verification steps before releasing large
winnings.
Conduct Standards: Expected user behaviour; includes zero tolerance for abusive,
discriminatory, or threatening actions toward staff or other users.
Codes of Practice: Rules governing our lottery operations under local regulations.
Knowledge Base: Help and FAQ center referenced in clause 19.2 of the full Terms.
